Dia De Los Muertos Community Celebration of Life

Sunday, October 26th 10am-4pm

Join us for our 21st Annual Día de los Muertos celebration of culture and creativity proudly hosted by La Parada and Farm & Table. For over two decades, our family has dedicated itself to honoring this rich cultural holiday, bringing the community together to celebrate the lives of all of our loved ones.

This family-friendly event features 40+ local artisan vendors, live music by Felix y Los Gatos, a free sugar skull decorating workshop, a pet blessing ceremony, food trucks, sweets and drinks, and a community ofrenda/altar.

We invite you to join us in honoring those who have passed while fostering community and culture. We look forward to celebrating with you and continuing this cherished tradition!

45+ Local Artisan Vendors with all handmade items

 

11:00 am

Pet Blessing. All pets are welcome. Bring your pet to receive a blessing by Deacon from neighborhood parish, Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary

Food Trucks with people waiting for their food

Festival Food, Beer and Wine provided by Farm & Table, Sanchez Tacos, and Streetfood Institute (vegan options will be available)

12:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Free Sugar Skull Workshop for All Ages. All the supplies you need are provided. Our gift to our community (for the first 100 participants). If you arrive late not to worry there will still be free craft table set up for kids of all ages.

12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Felix y Los Gatos will bring their authentic Norteño New Mexican music with influences of blues, zydeco, and cumbia. They always get the crowd dancing and celebrating together.

10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Community Altar/Ofrenda. Bring photos, momentos, favorite food/drink of your loved ones who have passed.
