For the 3rd year, La Parada is hosting Kenny Chavez' Cinco de Mayo Folk Art & Music Festival. Join Kenny and the gang at La Parada for a festive day in the beautiful North Valley for this popular annual event with over 35 unique artists, live music, fiesta dog contest, taco truck, Italian ice, great shopping, and great fun for the whole family! While your enjoying art & music you can see what's new at La Parada, take a walk through La Parada's new farm, and relax in the rambling patios (home of La Parada's future restaurant!).

Artists!

Some of the artists participating are Otra Vuelta Tire Recyclers, Art Street, Jeff Sipe, Richard Trujillo, Pamela Enriquez-Courts, Carolyn Flores, Ty Anderle, Fran Black and Carol Joyce, Michelle Montano, Susanna Baca, Alicia Potthoff, John Bumkens, Lindy Hirst, Derrick Wulff. This is just half of the truly talented bunch of artists assembled.

Sanchez Taco Truck and Flamingo Steve’s Italian Ice will be on hand to! It’s going to be a lot of fun! Great art, great music, come on down and see us!
